Deadline extended to take part in the LLEP Digital Inclusion Survey

There’s still time for partners, stakeholders, and people from education, skills and business to take part in the Leicester and Leicestershire Enterprise Partnership (LLEP) Digital Inclusion Survey, as the deadline for responses has been extended to Sunday 31st March 2024.

As part of the LLEP’s ongoing work to support digital inclusion, they would like to invite you to complete a short survey about current issues and challenges being faced within the local population. They previously ran a similar survey in 2021 and findings were used as an evidence base to commission local projects, share findings with partners and make links with national partners.

The LLEP would now like to gather a similar evidence base to inform future work, particularly considering if the issues highlighted in 2021 are similar or have changed. With ever increasing growth in the use of basic digital skills in daily life, accessing services, learning, and using technology in the workplace, it is crucial to understand what the current barriers to digital skills are.

Findings from the 2024 research will be collated and shared to help local skills needs considerations and may also be used to support and inform future area skills investments.

The survey consists of six questions and can be accessed here: https://consultations.leicester.gov.uk/sec/7aec0417.

There is also scope to upload additional area digital inclusion information you may have.

The survey will close on 31st March 2024. If you have any questions about the survey, please email Anna Cyhan at Anna.Cyhan@llep.org.uk
