Rural Connection Drop-In Sessions launched in Melton!
Melton Borough Council are supporting residents requiring digital support, starting in the village of Bottesford on Thursday 24th July.
The sessions have been designed to support residents in accessing Melton Borough Council services including help with work and skills development. Whether residents need guidance with applying for jobs, accessing training, or understanding the services available to them, the session are there to help.
Melton Borough Council will be bringing along equipment from their Government-funded Digital Suite, offering residents access to their brand-new Digital kit. The aim is to empower our rural communities to become digitally independent, boosting confidence and capabilities in using online services.
Each drop-in will also feature opportunities to register for courses and workshops, giving attendees hands-on support in navigating todays digital world.
The initiative has been kicked-off in Bottesford, with the aim of expanding to other rural areas soon.
